Update Invoices in the Online Portal
Did you know you can now submit updates for invoices? InstaPay’s online portal allows you to upload new documents and leave new comments for previously submitted loads. Let’s walk through the process of how to do that.
- Log in to the online portal. You will automatically be on the “Invoices” page. On the right you’ll see the “Update” option next to all invoices that haven’t been collected or rejected.
2. Click on “Update.” You will be directed to this page. You can upload an updated rate confirmation, leave notes about an advance, submit a POD for a fuel advance, upload better quality or missing documents, and more.
3. Click “Send Update.” You should see this confirmation message.
Updating your invoices when you receive important new information or clearer documents helps InstaPay process your loads properly and pay without delay.
