Update Your Account Information

InstaPay’s online portal is a secure and convenient way for you to submit invoices and track payments. This new feature allows you to update your first name, last name, doing business as (DBA) name, and most importantly, your email and password. To make sure all your information is up-to-date, log in to the online portal at

1. When you log in, you will see this page. Hover your mouse over the account icon in the top right-hand corner. If you’re on your phone, just click it.

2. You will see this drop down menu. Click on “Account.”

3. You should now see all the fields you can edit: name, DBA name, email, and password.

Simply click on “Edit” next to the information you want to update. Make sure your name and DBA information is accurate and that you note down your email and password in safe and secure place so you can log in to your portal whenever you want. If your legal business name changed, please contact our support immediately at

If you ever forget your password, you can re-set it on the log in page.
